Overview

You’re at a point of transition. It’s lonely, and hard! Join a group of peers on a learning journey to support and champion you as you navigate your way.
A group of ~12, each at a different turning point in our lives. We will come together to deepen connections, grow ourselves, and explore what we need as we navigate change. We’ll share knowledge, skills, stories and support, growing our capacity to face what is ahead with intention.

Is it for me?

Are you at a moment of transition? Are you looking for soulful inspiration to help you figure out what’s next? Do you want support & accountability to help you make a change?
You might be changing jobs, be new to the city, be facing retirement, be exploring a response to the climate crisis, or another transition entirely. You’re seeking a way to honour this moment you’re in, and you don’t want to do it alone. We each bring our own individual learning focus that we follow for the duration, but we’re sharing our explorations in community.

Do it to...

1.

Intentionally make space for the transition you’re going through.

2.

Seek out connection and community to support you to navigate what’s next.

3.

Invest in yourself personally and professionally, developing your skills and knowledge for the future.

The Journey

We will design our collective learning journey together, lighting up the dark months of Winter in dynamic fortnightly meetups, which each participant will take turns to lead.
This Huddle follows Huddlecraft's tried and tested structure. We start with a kick off weekend where we get to know each other and set our learning intentions. Fortnightly meetups are combined with peer coaching to support and motivate. We also have check-in points, where we share our progress. We conclude with a showcase, designed by the group, to shine a spotlight on our learning. You’ll emerge in the Springtime with new knowledge, skills and connections to fuel wherever life takes you next.

Your Host

Kate is in the audience, smiling and clapping someone on stage.
Born and raised in Exeter, I’m a freelance facilitator working in the charity and public sector. My favourite things are the sea, my two cats, and dancing to Beyoncé.
I’m back in Exeter after a decade away (the call of the sea was too strong!) and I’m hosting this Huddle to deepen my roots and create what I long for… in-person connection, a trusted community, and a safe and encouraging space to learn and grow.
“Kate’s magic balances a tender warmth that can explode with excitement. It's so motivating and joyful: you’ll love it.”
