PEER-LED LEARNING FOR CHANGE

steep learning curves together

Huddlecraft brings people together around the challenges that matter most - to them, their communities, and the world. For people who want to make a difference, and know they can't do it alone.

A group of peer-to-peer learners showcase their learning. They smile at the camera!

the practice of
combining
people

We live in a time of steep learning curves. Experts and institutions are working on it. But so are everyday people - and we have more to offer than we realise. The problem isn't a shortage of people who care. It's that so many of us feel helpless, disconnected, and unsure what we can actually do.

Huddlecraft is our contribution to that. We bring people together and create the conditions for connection, learning and action. It's a practice and a learning framework built around purposeful peer groups (we call them Huddles). The Huddles are designed to help people take steps forward on the things that matter most to them, with the support of others on a similar journey.

three ways into
Huddlecraft

Whether you're here to learn, to practice, or to enable community-led change: there's a pathway in. Each one connects back to the same core practice.

LEARNERS

Join a Huddle

You have a challenge - personal, professional or societal. A Huddle brings you together with a small group of peers on a similar journey. You bring the inquiry; the group multiplies your potential.
