FOR PRACTITIONERS
learn the craft
Peer-led learning is a craft. It looks deceptively simple from the outside - a group of people, a shared challenge, a conversation. But setting the conditions and structures, holding the space well, knowing when to step in and when to step back - that takes practice, and it takes training.
Our pathways take you from curious to confident - whether you're just getting a feel for the practice, or ready to run your own Huddles and build a community around them.

Whether you're testing the water or ready to commit to a year of supported practice, there's a pathway that fits where you are.

We hold a small number of bursary places on each cohort for people who would otherwise be unable to access the training - particularly those working in community, grassroots, or voluntary settings without organisational funding behind them. Bursary applications are open alongside standard bookings. You'll find the application process on each course page.

The Taster Session is online. The Immersion Day and Foundation Course are in-person as the relational nature of the practice is what makes it special. The Host Track is primarily online self-guided learning and online peer pod meet-ups.

All Foundation Course graduates join the Huddlecraft practitioner community - access to shared resources, peer connections and community events. For deeper, structured support for hosting Huddles, the Host Track is designed exactly for that transition.
TOOLS + RESOURCES
start practicing now
At Huddlecraft, we believe in sharing what we’ve learnt as much as possible. We hope these free resources give you inspiration and practical tools for creating effective peer-to-peer learning.
why train with Huddlecraft?
Most facilitation training teaches you techniques. We teach you something harder to name - the felt sense and the practices of what great peer-led learning requires. Our training is itself peer-led, which means you experience the methodology as you learn it.
01
Experiential by design
You won't just learn about peer learning - you'll do it! Theory and practice are inseparable from day one.
02
Grounded in real practice
Our training draws on Huddles that have tackled everything from climate action to fear. Everything we teach has been tested in the wild.
03
A community, not just a course
When you train with us, you join a growing network of practitioners using peer-led approaches across sectors and places. You’ll build relationships with others that you can learn and collaborate with in the long run.
STILL NOT SURE?
let’s figure it out together
Not sure which course is right for you, or whether now is the right time? We're a small team and we're happy to have a conversation — no pitch, no pressure.
