Any thing else?

why train with huddlecraft

Most facilitation training teaches you techniques. We teach you something harder to name — the felt sense of what peer-led learning actually requires. Our training is itself peer-led, which means you experience the methodology as you learn it. By the time you leave, you've lived it from the inside.

01

Experiential by design

You won't just learn about peer learning — you'll do it. Theory and practice are inseparable from day one.

02

Grounded in real practice

Our training draws on Huddles that have tackled everything from climate action to fear. Everything we teach has been tested in the wild.

03

A community, not just a course

When you train with us, you join a growing network of practitioners using peer-led approaches across sectors and places.

ASK YOURSELF

is it for you?

Is there a challenge — professional, personal or societal — you want to grow to meet?

Are you willing to learn in non-traditional ways that puts you in the room as a peer, not a student?

Do you believe change happens relationally — through people, not just ideas?

Do you want to meet new people and connect with them in deeper, more meaningful ways?

common questions

  • We hold a small number of bursary places on each cohort for people who would otherwise be unable to access the training — particularly those working in community, grassroots, or voluntary settings without organisational funding behind them. Bursary applications are open alongside standard bookings. You'll find the application process on each course page.

  • Yes. Instalment options are available for the Immersion Day, Foundation Course and Host Support Package. Full details of payment plans are on each individual course page. If you'd like to discuss what's possible before booking, just get in touch.

  • The Taster Session is online. The Immersion Day and Foundation Course are in person — the relational nature of the practice makes this essential. The Host Support Package is a mix of in-person group sessions and online check-ins across the year.

  • Yes — we work with organisations wanting to train a group of practitioners together. This is handled as a bespoke partnership rather than individual bookings, and we can discuss organisational pricing. Head to Work With Us or get in touch directly to start a conversation.

  • All Foundation Course graduates join the Huddlecraft practitioner community — access to shared resources, peer connections and occasional community sessions. For deeper, structured support in your first year of hosting, the Host Support Package is designed exactly for that transition.
