Overview

Has the quality of connection and engagement in people changed since hybrid working? Are you wondering how to make hybrid a super power for greatness in your team?
Join a group of leaders exploring ways to add power to hybrid working in creating and sustaining deeper levels of meaning, connection, and ultimately engagement in your team. The need to adapt in today's rapidly changing world has never been greater, and vital if your organisation is to thrive in these challenging times.

Is it for me?

Have you noticed a shift in community spirit since hybrid working? Are your teams struggling with motivation, retention and new ways to creatively collaborate with each other?
You might lead a team, function or department, be a founder, or work in a Communications, HR or Purpose team that is struggling to maintain great engagement, meaningful connections and new ways of working that boost your team's performance. This is for you if you are curious to experiment with a group of peers looking to enable the full potential of hybrid working whilst embracing new ways to work and lead.

Do it to...

1.

Grow the capacity for your team to perform in uncertain and changing times by moving beyond traditional, slow, top down change.

2.

Create greater meaning and connection at work; motivating people to join and stay.

3.

Improve the engagement and motivation of your people through great hybrid working.

The Journey

We will design our collective learning journey together, and connect and collaborate in online bi-weekly Lab meetups, which each participant will take turns to lead.
You will be one of up to 12 participants. We kick off early Nov with a retreat of connection, collaboration and setting our intentions. Bi-weekly Lab meetups to share inspiration and progress are combined with Buddy support. At the mid-point in early Jan we 'Power Up' online to share progress. Early Feb we conclude and design a Showcase Retreat to shine a spotlight on our learning. You will gain new knowledge, insight, skills and connections to fuel hybrid in your organisation.
