Overview

Has the quality of connection in your organisation changed since hybrid working? Are you wondering how to foster deeper levels of connection across your whole organisation?
Join a group of leaders exploring how to get the best out of creating and sustaining meaningful connections in a hybrid world. The need to adapt in our rapidly changing world has never been greater; deeper, wider and stronger connections are suffering in our current ways of hybrid working, and are vital if your organisation is to thrive in these challenging times.

Is it for me?

Have you noticed a shift in community spirit since the pandemic? Are your teams struggling to creatively collaborate with each other? Does this impact motivation and retention?
You might lead a team, function or department, be a founder, or work in a Communications, HR or Purpose team that is struggling to maintain meaningful connections in your organisation. This is for you if you are curious to experiment with a group of peers looking at new ways of working to enable the full potential of hybrid working.

Do it to...

1.

Grow the capacity for your organisation to become more adaptable and flexible by moving beyond traditional, slow, top down change.

2.

Create greater meaning and connection at work; motivating people to join and stay.

3.

Improve creativity and the effectiveness of hybrid and flexible working for the benefit of the whole organisation.

The Journey

We will design our collective learning journey together, and connect and collaborate in monthly Huddle meetups, which each participant will take turns to lead.
You will be one of up to 12 participants. We kick off with a retreat of connection, collaboration and setting our learning intentions. Monthly Huddle meetups to share inspiration and progress are combined with Buddy support. To conclude we design a Showcase Retreat that shines a spotlight on our learning. This journey will give you new knowledge, insight, skills and connections to fuel a connective hybrid culture in your organisation. Full details of the journey are in the Info Pack - get in touch to receive it!
